You've seen the various techniques for interoperating, such as publishing content for clients, using SOAP to talk to remote applications, and B2B communication. Now I refocus on code internals. In the next chapter, I spend some time talking about XML data binding, allowing you an easier way to work with XML documents and Java objects. I also discuss how this affects object persistence and configuration, two common tasks in enterprise programming.
